Terms and Conditions for Kenbil Pay

Welcome to Kenbil Pay! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kenbil Pay mobile application and website (the "Service"), provided by KENILGLOBAL TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will KENILGLOBAL TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
