Upon successful completion of a transaction or activation of a service, the delivery is instantaneous and occurs within the Kenbil Pay application and/or via electronic communication.

- Digital Receipts: Transaction receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents are available digitally within your account history or sent to your registered email address.
- Notifications: You will receive real-time notifications via SMS, email, or in-app alerts confirming the status of your transactions.
3. Delivery Timelines
The delivery of our digital services is typically instant upon successful payment or request processing. However, delivery of certain services may be subject to a brief delay due to:
